With a long history in both health and medicine, Dr. Denise Bogard started out as an RN, and was subsequently trained as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. At age 29, she went back to medical school at the University of NE Medical Center in order to grow in her knowledge base. She completed a year of Internal Medicine followed by an anesthesiology residency at UC-Irvine. After enjoying the practice of anesthesiology for several years, she found the hours and work load both heavy and demanding, taking a a toll on her own health. Because of this, she sought out an anti-aging, longevity physician to turn her health around.

After seeing the effects of healing and her own return to good health, she became interested in the field of anti-aging and regenerative medicine, enrolling in Cenegenics training. She then completed her initial and advanced fellowships through the American Academy of Anti-Aging to complete her training, specializing in anti-aging and regenerative medicine. Her love for continuing education and improved health has been her goal throughout her medical career.
